Good Morning BullBuzzers!

⚡TODAY IN 10 SECONDS
The 10-year closed at 5.31% Monday, its highest close in 24 years, yet the Nasdaq and Nvidia set records, and this morning yields and oil are easing as Google signs a major nuclear deal with Constellation.
Our idea is Nucor ($NUE), and the level to watch is Brent at $100.

FOCUS OF THE DAY
Secret #9: Review Losses Harder Than Wins
Monday handed the bears a perfect setup: the 10-year hit a 24-year closing high and services prices ran their hottest since 2022. The Nasdaq closed at a record anyway. Anyone who sold because "yields this high must break stocks" took a loss, and the honest review is that rising yields alone haven't stopped earnings-driven buying all year. We owe ourselves the same review: our $ADSK zone missed filling by 21 cents, our third unfilled pullback zone in five issues while the stock ran without us. The fix we're applying today: when the catalyst is fresh, set the entry around the price, not below it.

📰 HEADLINES
Google signs a big nuclear deal with Constellation. The 20-year agreement funds more than $4.3 billion of upgrades at 11 Constellation reactors, adding 890 megawatts of new capacity, plus a 15-year supply deal for 2,700 more. $CEG is up about 6% pre-market near $284, a week after its Amazon deal (BusinessWire, Bloomberg, Investing.com).
Records despite a 24-year yield high. The Nasdaq rose 1.05% to a record 27,477.31 and Nvidia closed at a record $238.90, nearing a $6 trillion value. The S&P 500 sits 0.6% below its August peak even as the 10-year closed at 5.31% (Reuters, Yahoo Finance, CNBC).
Services inflation heats up. The ISM services index slipped to 54.9, but its prices-paid gauge jumped to 74.0, the highest since July 2022 and above the 72.9 forecast. That keeps a December rate hike largely priced in (ISM, Trading Economics, Reuters).
Oil slides below $100. Brent fell about 2% to near $98.40 as G7 nations release 100 million barrels of crude and diesel and Middle East exports topped pre-war levels on several days. Hormuz remains restricted (Reuters, Investing.com, Benzinga).
Option Care jumps on buyout talk. Shares are up about 21% pre-market near $28.21 on reports McKesson and Clayton Dubilier & Rice are near a $5 billion-plus deal, with an announcement possible today (Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters).
🎯 IDEA OF THE DAY

Nucor is America's largest steelmaker, melting scrap into sheet, plate and beams for cars, buildings, and data centers.
Monday it raised hot-rolled steel to $1,230 a ton, and materials led every sector. With the 10-year near 5.3%, companies that can raise prices hold up best, and Nucor guided Q3 earnings to $5.55 to $5.65 a share, more than double a year ago. Monday's 4.6% jump broke a three-week range.
That guide came in about 10% under forecasts, so the Oct 26 report still has a high bar.

🔔 HEADING INTO THE OPEN
Bird's-Eye: Stocks and bonds keep disagreeing, and stocks keep winning. With Q3 earnings expected up more than 30% and the S&P 500 within 1% of a record, the path of least resistance is higher until the 10-year makes a new high. Buy pullbacks in earnings leaders, not rate-sensitive stories.
Ground Level: The AI power trade just got its third catalyst in a week: Amazon and Google deals for Constellation, plus Michigan's approval of DTE's Google contract. Chasing a 6% gap in $CEG is late. Watch whether $VST and $TLN follow on a red open, where the risk is easier to define.
Under The Hood: Cheaper oil is the bond market's best friend right now. Brent under $100 lowers the inflation fears behind 74.0 services prices and a 30-year that touched 5.70%. If oil holds below $100 into Wednesday's Fed minutes, the 10-year has room to drift toward 5.20%.
